The role of a 'Minute Secretary' is pivotal to ensuring that a meeting runs smoothly. This course has been designed to help those who take minutes produce quality minutes/notes from a meeting. Delegates will learn the skills and knowledge needed to effectively carry out the behind-the-scenes activities, support the chairperson, and ensure that all meetings deliver their objectives in a timely and efficient manner. This course will enable you to gain a clear understanding of the minute taker's role, ensure you produce quality notes, and learn to support the chairperson to ensure meeting deliver their objectives.

This course is suitable for anyone required to take factual records of meetings.

Assessment methods
